What this service does
A small, focused backend that keeps your devices talking to each other, and keeps as little data as possible.
Sign-in
You sign in to the TingCue app on your Mac with your email address and a one-time code. There's no password to remember.
Real-time relay
Your TingCue device and your Mac stay connected through our relay over encrypted connections. Messages are delivered the moment they're sent and are never stored on our servers.
Voice transcription
When you speak to your agents, audio is streamed to our speech-recognition provider and transcribed in real time. We don't record or keep your audio.
AI features
Some features call AI models through this service. We keep usage counts for billing, not the content of your conversations.
How it works
Getting started takes a couple of minutes.
- Sign in on your MacInstall the TingCue app on your Mac and enter your email address. We send you a one-time verification code.
- Pair your TingCue devicePair your TingCue device with your Mac once. Each pairing gets its own access key, and you can unpair a device at any time.
- Talk to your agentsHold TingCue to speak. Your words are transcribed and sent to the agents on your Mac, and their updates come back to your device in real time.
Email we send
We only send transactional email that you ask for.
When you sign in, we email a one-time verification code to the address you entered. Codes expire after 5 minutes. This is the only email we send. There are no newsletters, no marketing, and we never sell or share your address.
Our messages come from noreply@mail.agent-relay-app.com and show TingCue as the
sender. If you received a code you didn't request, you can safely ignore it. Nothing happens unless the code
is entered in the app.
