Privacy Policy

TingCue keeps you connected to the AI agents on your computer. This policy covers the TingCue service operated at agent-relay-app.com, which handles sign-in, pairing your TingCue device with your Mac, relaying messages between them, and transcribing your voice. We designed the service to keep as little of your data as possible: the content of what you send passes through it to reach your devices or to be processed, and is not stored. This policy explains what we do keep, why, and for how long.
Information we keep

What we don't store
- Messages between your devices. They are relayed in real time and discarded after delivery.
- Your voice. Audio is streamed to our speech-recognition provider for transcription and is not recorded by us.
- Your AI conversations. Requests and responses pass through to our model provider and are not stored by us.
How we use information
We use the information above only to operate the TingCue service: signing you in, delivering messages between your paired devices, providing transcription and AI features, keeping the service secure, and answering your support requests. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We email you only when you request a sign-in code. We do not send marketing email. Messages come from
noreply@mail.agent-relay-app.com and show TingCue as the sender.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy terms:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): hosting and storage in the United States (us-east-1), delivery of verification-code email (Amazon SES), speech recognition (Amazon Transcribe), and AI models (Amazon Bedrock).
- Cloudflare: domain, DNS, network security, and hosting of this website.
Security
Connections to the TingCue service are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Device access keys and verification codes are stored only as one-way hashes. Access to production systems is limited to the people who operate the service.
Your choices
You can unpair devices in the app at any time. To access, correct, or delete your account and associated data, email support@agent-relay-app.com from the address on your account, and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our network provider may set strictly necessary security cookies.
Children
TingCue is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced on this site before they take effect.
